1. Who We Are
Narpavi Overseas is a study-abroad consultancy registered in India, operating remotely with advisors across India and Europe. We help students from India, Nepal and Bangladesh gain admission to German and European universities. Contact: info@narpavioverseas.com
2. Data We Collect
When you fill out our contact form or sign up for our student portal, we collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, academic information (degree, CGPA, target field), and any documents you voluntarily share. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed via third-party gateways (Razorpay).
3. Document Uploads — Student Portal
Documents can only be uploaded after you have enrolled with us — not at the time of initial enquiry. We do not request sensitive documents (passports, transcripts, mark sheets) from unenrolled visitors.
After your admission is confirmed and visa received, we permanently delete all documents you uploaded to our portal. You will receive an email confirmation of deletion upon request.
Documents stored in our portal are hosted on Supabase (data centres in the EU). Files are accessible only to you and your assigned advisor. No documents are shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.
To request immediate deletion of your documents at any time, email info@narpavioverseas.com — we will action it within 48 hours.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry, assess your academic profile, guide your university application, send you updates relevant to your application, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data only with: universities you apply to (with your consent), third-party tools we use to deliver our service (Supabase for encrypted storage in EU data centres, Resend for transactional email). All providers are GDPR-compliant.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and object to processing. Email info@narpavioverseas.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days. For document deletion, we respond within 48 hours.
7. Cookies
We use Google Analytics (with anonymized IPs) to understand site traffic. No advertising cookies are set. You can opt out via your browser settings.
8. Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for 3 years after your last interaction, or until you request deletion. Portal documents are deleted upon admission + visa confirmation, or immediately upon your request.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Article 33/34.
