1. Services
Narpavi Overseas provides education consultancy services including university shortlisting, SOP writing support, document guidance, and visa orientation. We do not guarantee admission outcomes — admission decisions rest solely with individual universities.
2. Payment
Fees are stated at the time of engagement. Payment confirms acceptance of our service scope. Fees cover advisor time and services rendered — not admission outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your academic background. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service without refund. You are responsible for meeting all university and visa deadlines.
4. Intellectual Property
SOPs, cover letters, and documents we draft for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared with other students.
5. Limitation of Liability
Narpavi Overseas is not liable for visa rejections, university admission decisions, or delays caused by government or university processing times.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
